🎯 Eligibility
You can request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
Returns/exchanges are chargeable at ₹100 to cover reverse pickup and shipping.
We currently accept exchanges only (for size issues or damaged products) — no full returns/refunds.
🧺 Conditions
The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached.
Products showing signs of wear, washing, or damage after delivery won’t be accepted.
Exchanges depend on stock availability — if the requested size is unavailable, we’ll issue store credit.
🔄 How It Works
Email us at fashionaurenza@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.
Share your order number, reason for exchange, and a photo if applicable.
Once approved, our team will arrange a reverse pickup.
After inspection, we’ll ship your new item right away!
